How can Fresno step up to the plate with regard to water conservation?
You probably read the article below about the OC installing water saving urinals - what can Fresno County/City do that it isn't currently doing?
-Rebates for replacing our lawns with drought tolerant gardens?
-More public education?
-Expanded rebate programs for residential and commercial conservation upgrades?
Respond to me with your ideas at firstname.lastname@example.org. I would like to see Fresno Audubon work on water issues more aggressively in the coming years, but I need your help in deciding where to start.
