I'm happy to report that our nest-box project continues to generate interest. Several area farms including the CSUF Ag Lab have expressed a desire for boxes and at this point demand is outstripping supply. Also, considering that we will have an article in April's Fresno County Farm Bureau newsletter about nest-boxes I expect more requests for Barn Owl and Kestrel boxes in the near future.
What we need:
-Nest-box builders(plan for barn owl box is attached - Kestrel Box plan)
-People who can connect us with nest-box builders(woodworkers, shop classes, scout troops, etc)
-Lumber and box mounting supplies(pipe, screws, etc)
-Cold hard cash(to purchase supplies if we cannot obtain donations)
